LeadStream Pro

Business intelligence and attribution, not just rankings.

Most agencies show you a graph of "clicks." LeadStream shows you a log of conversations.

LeadStream Pro is a closed-loop attribution system designed for operators who need to know exactly which dollar of their marketing spend is generating revenue. It combines call tracking (Twilio/Telnyx integration), QR code generation, and persistent UTM tracking into a single command center.

The Problem: "Headless Chicken" Marketing

Standard analytics tools fail local businesses in two main ways:

  • Caching kills tracking: Performance plugins often cache "nonces" (security tokens), causing contact forms to silently fail or stop tracking data.
  • The "Real World" Gap: Google Analytics can't tell you if a customer called because they saw your van in traffic or picked up a flyer at a trade show.

The Technical Fix: Dynamic Nonce Refreshing

I spent three months engineering LeadStream's core to handle Dynamic Nonce Refreshing. Our scripts bypass the cache bottleneck, ensuring that your tracking is as fast as your site but never "goes dark." Standard plugins simply can't do this reliably.

How It Works

We don't just track "Social Media." We track the Left Rear Door of Van #3 vs. the Flyer at the Christchurch Trade Show.

1. Granular Attribution

LeadStream's true magic lies in its granular attribution: each tracking number is tied to a precise UTM rule – whether by source, campaign, referrer, geographic targeting or landing page – so the sticky call bar literally encodes which ad triggered the click. When that call happens, your telco's webhook tells you if it was answered, missed and how long it lasted. This means you can assign revenue (or wasted spend) to individual ads instead of guessing. You can also embed those UTMs in QR codes, short links or the final call-to-action button on your website, measuring every step of the customer journey from first tap to final conversion. In short, no more "dead conversions" – just actionable data that lets you double down on what works and turn off what doesn't.

Using custom UTM engines, we attach specific IDs to every physical and digital asset. If a specific van wrap generates $50k in contracts, you'll see it.

2. Telephony Control

Integrated directly with Twilio/Telnyx APIs, we provision specific numbers for specific channels. You own the data, and you see the caller ID, duration, and recording of every lead.

3. Google Review "Intent"

We track QR scans on review cards back to the job site. This signals to Google's AI that your business is active in specific suburbs, boosting your local map pack dominance.

Who This Is For

This is not for the "headless chicken" caterer who just wants a cheap website. This is for the Small Corporate operator—a building company with five vans and a $20k monthly overhead—who needs a Revenue Command Center.

Stop guessing. Start tracking.

If a marketing channel isn't paying for itself, we kill it.
